Mie considerazioni finali
Ringrazio il dott. Salti per avermi dato la possibilità di pubblicare questa sua relazione che chiarisce molti aspetti e tanti “retroscena” sulla tossina botulinica che nessuno ci aveva mai svelato.
Come ho avuto modo di raccontare molte volte in altri articoli, ho iniziato ad eseguire il trattamento con Tossina botulinica a partire dai 38 anni. Quest’anno il mio “sodalizio” con la tossina botulinica compie vent’anni.
Fino al 2019 ho eseguito vari trattamenti per la cura della pelle oltre a:
- filler,
- tossina botulinica ogni 4/5 mesi solo nella zona della glabella fronte e zona perioculare.
E con il passare degli anni ho utilizzato sempre meno filler a favore del trattamento con tossina full face ad alto dosaggio.
Questo perchè ad un certo punto non mi piacevo più: mi vedevo troppo gonfia e tonda. Tipo soufflè. Ho quindi:
- ridotto l’utilizzo dei filler, che eseguo cum grano salis, sempre in profondità sull’osso e mai nelle zone centrali del viso,
- incrementato l’utilizzo della tossina botulinica ad alto dosaggio in tutte le aree in cui è possibile il suo utilizzo
Questo, che potete osservare nell’immagine pubblicata, è il mio cambiamento. Per carità la foto di sx non mi rende giustizia, ma se notate non erano rispettate concavità e convessità.

Ritengo che questa immagine testimoni quanto sostenuto dal dott. Salti: l’utilizzo della tossina nel lungo periodo consente:
- risultati naturali,
- stabili nel lungo termine.
In questo lungo “sodalizio” ho utilizzato tre delle tossine approvate in Italia:
- Azzalure,
- Vistabex,
- Boucouture.
Le ho messe in ordine di preferenza.
Azzalure è la tossina:
- più efficace,
- più duratura.
E, da quanto emerge dall’articolo, non è solo un’impressione, ma è dimostrato dagli studi scientifici. Azzalure è la tossina più potente.
Il trattamento a base di tossina botulinica è e rimane il mio preferito. E’:
- efficace,
- sicuro,
- senza tempi di recupero,
- rapido,
- indolore,
Lo definirei il trattamento che NON TRADISCE MAI. Ad oggi non esiste nessun prodotto in medicina estetica analogo alla tossina botulinica con gli stessi requisiti e gli stessi margini di efficacia, sicurezza ed affidabilità, come dimostrano moltissimi studi scientifici pubblicati.
Questo, chiaramente, se il trattamento è effettuato da medici preparati e competenti, soprattutto nel terzo inferiore del volto. Infatti nella maggior parte dei casi gli effetti avversi eventuali sono dovuti a mal-practice.
Ha un unico difetto: dura troppo poco. 3/4mesi di efficacia piena. E forse ora ne capiamo anche il motivo. E capiamo anche perchè a volte dura di più e a volte meno.
Concludo “rubando” da una relazione del dott. Salti la foto di una maglietta molto esplicativa che condensa in un’immagine un concetto che sposo in pieno.
Anche io LOVVO IL BOTOX (anche se dura poco).
